To submit your  COMPLAINT/ APPLICATION/ OPINION/ COMMENT/ SUGGESTION and to track them, please click this link: //nothi.gov.bd/dak_nagoriks/NagorikAbedon

Click on the 'Apply' section of that link and enter 'e-form' page. To submit an application in the prescribed form, scroll down to the 'Local Government Engineering Department'. For submitting any general COMPLAINT/ APPLICATION/ OPINION/ COMMENT/ SUGGESTION, select 'General Form' from the menu bar at the top of the page.
